Les 2008, plus puissants et stricts, se sont referm\u00e9s. Et il est de plus en plus difficile de faire une distinction entre le style ancien et moderne, mais de nombreux vins restent marqu\u00e9s par un long \u00e9levage en f\u00fbts, grands ou petits, neufs ou usag\u00e9s, sur le sangiovese pur, qui, par ses tanins secs, ass\u00e8che la fin de bouche.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a
