Une d\u00e9gustation rituelle, assis, impeccablement servi par un bataillon de sommeliers italiens\u00a0: un mod\u00e8le du genre\u00a0! Seule r\u00e9serve\u00a0: de plus en plus de vins en \u00e9chantillons sur f\u00fbts, toujours al\u00e9atoires (comme \u00e0 Bordeaux-primeurs\u00a0!). <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>En seconde partie de fichier, les Chianti Classico jeunes sont not\u00e9s, en principe en bouteilles (quelques exceptions) mais, d&rsquo;abord, un match \u00e0 distance entre les Riserva et la nouvelle cat\u00e9gorie des Gran Selezione, le top des vins de la r\u00e9gion du Chianti, des m\u00eames producteurs. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>On remarque que certains ont pr\u00e9sent\u00e9s des Riservas en 2009 et la m\u00eame cuv\u00e9e (sans doute) comme Gran Selezione. Mais ils peuvent aussi doubler la mise\u00a0: mettre sur le march\u00e9 un Riserva et une Gran Selezione, avec la mention idoine sur la bouteille, en plus du fameux coq noir, symbole du Chianti Classico. Si les propri\u00e9taires pr\u00e9sentent des \u00e9chantillons pour chaque \u00e9tage de la pyramide (annata, riserva, gran selezione), ils peuvent d\u00e9classer volontairement de haut en bas de cette \u00e9chelle, ou sur d\u00e9cision de la commission de d\u00e9gustation. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Une moiti\u00e9 des quelque 600 producteurs adh\u00e9rents au Consorzio du Chianti Classico pr\u00e9sentent des \u00e9chantillons \u00e0 la d\u00e9gustation officielle de f\u00e9vrier.
