Le 5 mars, au Cerf, \u00e0 Cossonay, chez le chef Carlo Crisci, parrain de l\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nement, Josef Zisyadis, leader maximo de la manifestation, a lanc\u00e9 l\u2019appel \u00e0 la candidature des restaurants et autres producteurs. Entre 1300 et 1500 rendez-vous seront retenus par des comit\u00e9s r\u00e9gionaux, dans tout le pays.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>L\u2019assocition fa\u00eeti\u00e8re s\u2019appuiera sur des associations r\u00e9gionales, d\u00fbment constitu\u00e9es. <strong>Cette ann\u00e9e, Moutier, \u00abau c\u0153ur du Jura\u00bb, sera la Ville du Go\u00fbt<\/strong>. Son sacre d\u00e9marrera avant la Semaine (de dix jours\u00a0!) proprement dite et se poursuivra au moins jusqu\u2019\u00e0 la Saint-Martin du 1<sup>er<\/sup> novembre. Une quarantaine d\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nements seront mis sur pied.<\/p>\n<p>Parmi les nouveaut\u00e9s,<strong> 100 cuisiniers doivent \u00eatre trouv\u00e9s pour inviter 100 classes d\u2019\u00e9cole \u00e0 visiter leurs cuisines<\/strong> et \u00e0 approcher de tout pr\u00e8s la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 d\u2019un restaurant. Cette 14<sup>\u00e8me<\/sup> \u00e9dition coincide avec divers anniversaires\u00a0: les 15 ans des AOP \u2013 IGP, les 20 ans du label Fourchette verte, qui conna\u00eet un d\u00e9veloppement un peu semblable \u00e0 la Semaine du go\u00fbt, vers la restauration jeune et collective et les \u00e9coles. Il l\u2019a fait avec humour\u00a0: <em>\u00abCela fait 32 ans que je m\u2019amuse au Cerf et que je m\u2019amuse ne pla\u00eet pas \u00e0 tout le monde\u2026 J\u2019ai toujours un r\u00eave devant moi, celui de la cuisine de demain\u00bb<\/em>, explique ce Fribourgeois (de Ch\u00e2tel-Saint-Denis) d\u2019adoption. Et de souhaiter aux organisateurs, avec malice\u00a0: <em>\u00abEsp\u00e9rons que vous avez fait le bon choix\u2026\u00bb<\/em>.<\/p>\n<h3>Lierre terrestre et beno\u00eete urbaine: c\u00e9leste et champ\u00eatre!<\/h3>\n<p>Ensuite, la brigade (12-13 en cuisine, 12-13 au service et aux services, <em>\u00abet un seul Suisse!\u00bb<\/em>) a fait la d\u00e9monstration du talent communicatif de cette belle maison qu\u2019est Le Cerf.
