Chez Provins, l&rsquo;\u0153nologue valaisan Marc-Andr\u00e9 Devanth\u00e9ry, 48 ans, acc\u00e8de \u00e0 la direction technique, apr\u00e8s le d\u00e9part abrupt\u00a0l&rsquo;\u00e9t\u00e9 dernier du Valaisan G\u00e9rald Carrupt, qui a accompli une bonne partie de sa carri\u00e8re en pays de Vaud.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Si, dans le groupe Schenk, \u00e0 la notable exception du directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral <strong>Jean-Claude Vaucher<\/strong>, ce sont souvent des commerciaux qui acc\u00e8dent \u00e0 la t\u00eate des soci\u00e9t\u00e9s formant cette holding, l&rsquo;\u0153nologue Daniel Dufaux fait exception. Pr\u00e9sident de l&rsquo;Union suisse des \u0153nologues depuis 2010, <strong>Daniel Dufaux<\/strong> devrait garder cette charge, mais en abandonner d&rsquo;autres \u2014 il est notamment d\u00e9gustateur dans de nombreux concours de par le monde.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;\u0153nologue vaudois a une longue carri\u00e8re derri\u00e8re lui, depuis ses d\u00e9buts \u00e0 Lavaux chez <strong>Patrick Fonjallaz<\/strong> \u00e0 Epesses, puis chez <strong>Testuz<\/strong> (qui vient d&rsquo;\u00eatre repris par <strong>Obrist<\/strong>, du groupe Schenk), <strong>Giroud<\/strong> <strong>Vins<\/strong> \u00e0 Sion et, d\u00e8s 2009, chez <strong>Badoux<\/strong>. Le nouveau directeur sera \u00e9paul\u00e9 par <strong>Patrick Rubin<\/strong>, qui fut directeur des ventes chez Provins-Valais.<\/p>\n<p>Pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment, chez Provins-Valais, le poste de directeur technique avait \u00e9t\u00e9 annonc\u00e9 comme supprim\u00e9, dans un premier temps, suite \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9viction de <strong>G\u00e9rald Carrupt<\/strong>, voire repris \u00e0 l&rsquo;interne. C&rsquo;est finalement un \u0153nologue de l&rsquo;ext\u00e9rieur, <strong>Marc-Andr\u00e9 Devanth\u00e9ry<\/strong>, en poste \u00e0 la cave <strong>Les Vins des Chevaliers<\/strong>, \u00e0 Salquenen, qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 choisi par la coop\u00e9rative valaisanne. Auparavant, M.
