Marqu\u00e9 par un bois\u00e9 vanill\u00e9 \u00e9l\u00e9gant, une l\u00e9g\u00e8re douceur, mais bien fait, je lui avais donn\u00e9 17\/20. Dauphin, le vinho verde <strong>Soalheiro Primeiras Vinhas 2014<\/strong>, le premier vin d\u00e9gust\u00e9, remarquable de fra\u00eecheur et de min\u00e9ralit\u00e9 et gras, que j\u2019avais point\u00e9 \u00e0 18,5\/20. Troisi\u00e8me, le <strong>Blanco Especial<\/strong> (sans mill\u00e9sime) de la <strong>Quinta do Carvahlas (Dao), du groupe Sogrape<\/strong>, un vin trop bois\u00e9 \u00e0 mon go\u00fbt, 15,5. Le <strong>Redoma Reserva 2013<\/strong> de <strong>Niepoort (Douro)<\/strong>, que j\u2019avais not\u00e9 \u00e0 18\/20, n\u2019a pas pass\u00e9 la rampe.<\/p>\n<h3>Des rouges confirm\u00e9s<\/h3>\n<p>En rouge, la palme revient \u00e0 un <strong>Alicante Bouschet Grande Reserva 2012 de Julio B. Bastos (Alentejo)<\/strong>, au nez complexe, \u00e9pic\u00e9, bien balanc\u00e9 et \u00e9l\u00e9gant, avec une finale \u00e9pic\u00e9e et des nuances de c\u00e8dre et de tabac, que j\u2019avais not\u00e9 18\/20.<\/p>\n<p>Deuxi\u00e8me, le <strong>Quinta da Touriga \u2013 Ch\u00e2 2013 de Jorge Rosas (Douro)<\/strong>, au nez de confiserie, complexe, min\u00e9ral, puissant et bois\u00e9, avec du gras, que j\u2019avais not\u00e9 18,5\/20.<\/p>\n<p>Troisi\u00e8me, le <strong>Vinha de Lordelo 2011 de Domingos Alves de Sousa (Douro)<\/strong>, encore un de mes vins favoris, \u00e0 18\/20, au nez de cacao, d\u2019herbes s\u00e8ches, \u00e0 l\u2019attaque fra\u00eeche, riche, tendre et \u00e0 la finale chocolat\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Quatri\u00e8me, le <strong>Malhadina Nova 2013 de Herdade da Malhadina (Alentejo)<\/strong>, un <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.thomasvino.ch\/?p=9317\">jeune domaine en pleine forme<\/a><\/strong>, pour un rouge au nez un peu confitur\u00e9, mais \u00e0 la structure bien balanc\u00e9e, avec une bonne acidit\u00e9, de la fra\u00eecheur, de l\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9gance et de la finesse, not\u00e9 17,5\/20.<\/p>\n<p>Le <strong>CH<\/strong> (la propri\u00e9taire, <strong>Alice Alvarez da Silva<\/strong>, est Lucernoise\u00a0!) de <strong>Chocapalha<\/strong>, un touriga national de vieilles vignes 2012, de la <strong>Casa das Mimosas (Lisbonne),<\/strong> puissant, \u00e9pic\u00e9 et chaud, not\u00e9 19\/20, ne figure pas dans le quart\u00e9 final, pas plus que le tr\u00e8s beau <strong>Quinta de Gavoisa 2011, de Alves de Sousa<\/strong> (d\u00e9j\u00e0 r\u00e9compens\u00e9 pour le Lordelo\u00a0!), un Douro de grande classe, complexe, puissant et min\u00e9ral, not\u00e9 18,5\/20. Autre vin du m\u00eame producteur, not\u00e9 au m\u00eame haut niveau, l\u2019<strong>Abandonado 2011<\/strong>, presque en surmaturit\u00e9, mais pourtant frais, avec des notes menthol\u00e9es et chocolat\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>Autres beaux vins, le <strong>Pintas 2013<\/strong>, un autre Douro de <strong>Wine &amp; Soul<\/strong>, au beau nez fruit\u00e9, de cerise, d\u2019une remarquable fra\u00eecheur de fruit, et le <strong>CV (Curriculm Vitae) 2013 de Lemos &amp; Van Zeeler<\/strong>, autre grand classique du Douro, autre 19\/20, pour sa puissance min\u00e9rale (nez de graphite) et sa belle fra\u00eecheur. Les m\u00eames producteurs du Douro signent un autre 19\/20, violac\u00e9, puissant, gras et min\u00e9ral, le <strong>Quinta Vale D. Maria, vinha da Francisca, 2013<\/strong>. Et on a bien aim\u00e9 aussi (19\/20), le <strong>Antonia Adela\u00efde Ferreira 2011<\/strong>, un Douro de <strong>Sogrape<\/strong>, au nez de p\u00e2tisserie, aux tanins serr\u00e9s, \u00e0 la belle longueur, avec une r\u00e9tro prometteuse.<\/p>\n<h3>Portos bredouille<\/h3>\n<p>Dans les fortifi\u00e9s, les portos se font coiffer par deux mad\u00e8res exceptionnels, que j\u2019ai not\u00e9s \u00e0 19 et 19,5\/20\u00a0: d\u2019abord le <strong>Henriques &amp; Henriques Tinta Negra 50 anos<\/strong>, au nez exub\u00e9rant, \u00e0 la fois floral et tertiaire, avec des notes de miel, tr\u00e8s long en bouche, soutenu par une haute acidit\u00e9, un vin tr\u00e8s \u00e9tonnant, class\u00e9 devant le stup\u00e9fiant<strong> Barros Colheita 1938 (!)<\/strong>, au nez de noix, \u00e0 l\u2019attaque ample, sur le camphre, les herbes m\u00e9dicinales, le c\u00e8dre, l\u2019encens, d\u2019une complexit\u00e9 incroyable\u2026<\/p>\n<p>La m\u00e9daille de bronze ne revient pas \u00e0 un porto, mais \u00e0 un <strong>Moscatel de Setubal<\/strong>, du grand artisan <strong>Jos\u00e9 Maria da Fonseca<\/strong>, un <strong>Alambre 40 ans<\/strong>, que j\u2019ai trouv\u00e9 <em>\u00abtoo much\u00bb<\/em> (18\/20)\u00a0: nez entre le gingembre et le savon, du menthol, \u00e9norme sucrosit\u00e9, \u00e0 en devenir un peu collant\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Dans les portos d\u00e9faits, le <strong>Vasques de Carvalhos<\/strong> (une nouvelle maison tr\u00e8s int\u00e9ressante\u2026) <strong>Tawny 40 ans<\/strong>, m\u2019avait impressionn\u00e9, avec son nez ouvert de noix, son attaque souple, sur des ar\u00f4mes de brandy, et une masse riche et bien emball\u00e9e, comme le<strong> Calem Tawny 40 ans<\/strong>, lui aussi gras, puissant, suave, sur des notes finales ent\u00eatantes de moka et le <strong>Colheita 1966 de Kopke<\/strong>, au nez de curry, de noix, \u00e0 l\u2019attaque suave, avec des notes de bois exotique et d\u2019encens, un rien mieux not\u00e9 que le <strong>Colheita 1952 de Burmester<\/strong>, tr\u00e8s rond, sur des ar\u00f4mes semblables (curry, noix, c\u00e8dre), mais un peu br\u00fblant en fin de bouche.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.thomasvino.ch\/?attachment_id=13415\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-13415\"><img data-attachment-id=\"13415\" data-permalink=\"https:\/\/thomasvino.ch\/?attachment_id=13415\" data-orig-file=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/thomasvino.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/port_vieux_porto.jpg?fit=3264%2C2168&amp;ssl=1\" data-orig-size=\"3264,2168\" data-comments-opened=\"0\" data-image-meta=\"{&quot;aperture&quot;:&quot;2.2&quot;,&quot;credit&quot;:&quot;&quot;,&quot;camera&quot;:&quot;iPhone 6&quot;,&quot;caption&quot;:&quot;&quot;,&quot;created_timestamp&quot;:&quot;1456509489&quot;,&quot;copyright&quot;:&quot;&quot;,&quot;focal_length&quot;:&quot;4.15&quot;,&quot;iso&quot;:&quot;320&quot;,&quot;shutter_speed&quot;:&quot;0.058823529411765&quot;,&quot;title&quot;:&quot;&quot;,&quot;orientation&quot;:&quot;1&quot;}\" data-image-title=\"port_vieux_porto\" data-image-description=\"\" data-image-caption=\"\" data-medium-file=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/thomasvino.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/port_vieux_porto.jpg?fit=300%2C199&amp;ssl=1\" data-large-file=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/thomasvino.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/port_vieux_porto.jpg?fit=1024%2C680&amp;ssl=1\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-13415\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.thomasvino.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/port_vieux_porto-300x199.jpg?resize=300%2C199\" alt=\"port_vieux_porto\" width=\"300\" height=\"199\" srcset=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/thomasvino.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/port_vieux_porto.jpg?resize=300%2C199&amp;ssl=1 300w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/thomasvino.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/port_vieux_porto.jpg?resize=768%2C510&amp;ssl=1 768w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/thomasvino.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/port_vieux_porto.jpg?resize=1024%2C680&amp;ssl=1 1024w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/thomasvino.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/port_vieux_porto.jpg?resize=207%2C136&amp;ssl=1 207w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/thomasvino.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/port_vieux_porto.jpg?resize=140%2C94&amp;ssl=1 140w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/thomasvino.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/port_vieux_porto.jpg?w=2000&amp;ssl=1 2000w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/thomasvino.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/port_vieux_porto.jpg?w=3000&amp;ssl=1 3000w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" data-recalc-dims=\"1\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Deux formidables d\u00e9gustations, l\u2019une de mad\u00e8res de c\u00e9pages et de typologies diverses, l\u2019autre de tr\u00e8s vieux portos centenaires, ont compl\u00e9t\u00e9 le tableau. Mais l\u00e0, les vins <em>\u00abterrestres\u00bb<\/em>, de bouteilles introuvables, ont surclass\u00e9 les vins <em>\u00abinsulaires\u00bb<\/em>, certes plus diversifi\u00e9s, avec un crescendo de 10 \u00e0 40 ans de moyenne d\u2019\u00e2ge.
