On avait certes vu une attaque d\u2019o\u00efdium en 1998, puis un avant-go\u00fbt d\u2019une redoutable combinaison o\u00efdium-mildiou en 2013, mais le mildiou seul s\u2019est invit\u00e9 durant tout l\u2019\u00e9t\u00e9. <strong>Il a frapp\u00e9 avant tout les vignes de chasselas, au mauvais moment, juste apr\u00e8s la floraison.<\/strong> Non seulement les feuilles deviennent brunes et se n\u00e9crosent, mais, sur la grappe, le mildiou la dess\u00e8che et une partie des baies n&rsquo;ont pas grossi ou brunissent .<\/p>\n<p><strong>Certaines vignes sont frapp\u00e9es \u00e0 100%, d\u2019autres \u00e0 50% ou 40%.<\/strong> La situation para\u00eet d\u00e9pendre du c\u00e9pages, le chasselas y \u00e9tant tr\u00e8s sensible, de l\u2019exposition, dans des secteurs humides, et de la vigilance dans les traitements\u00a0: <strong>il fallait pouvoir agir le jour J pour contre-carrer les effets du champignon<\/strong>.<strong> Des vignerons accusent aussi l\u2019inefficacit\u00e9 des traitements en production int\u00e9gr\u00e9e (PI), alors qu\u2019en bio, l\u2019utilisation plus large du cuivre, limit\u00e9 \u00e0 20 kg\/hectare sur 5 ans et 6 kg\/ha\/an, est efficace.<\/strong> Les derniers traitements \u00e0 base de cuivre peuvent se faire au 31 ao\u00fbt.<\/p>\n<p>Sur le raisin, avec des grappes rabougries, mais o\u00f9 les baies saines m\u00fbrissent toutefois normalement, le mildiou se paie cash par une diminution significative de la r\u00e9colte et une obligation de trier \u00e0 la vendange. Au contraire de l\u2019o\u00efdium, dont l\u2019effet se r\u00e9percute d\u2019une ann\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019autre, le mildiou ne devrait pas engendrer des d\u00e9g\u00e2ts ult\u00e9rieurs dus \u00e0 cette pouss\u00e9e de 2016. A noter que <strong>la vigne, en 2016, semble se calquer sur 2014, l\u2019ann\u00e9e la plus tardive de ce d\u00e9but de mill\u00e9naire. <\/strong>Certains, comme <strong>Louis-Philippe Bovard<\/strong>, m\u00e9moire vivante de Lavaux, parlent d&rsquo;<strong>un mill\u00e9sime aussi tardif que 1995 et 1988<\/strong> \u2014 qui, si ma m\u00e9moire n&rsquo;est pas d\u00e9faillante, furent plut\u00f4t de bonne qualit\u00e9 g\u00e9n\u00e9rale. Soit d<strong>es vendanges dans la 1\u00e8re quinzaine d&rsquo;octobre<\/strong>, sauf pour les pinots noirs en Valais, \u00e0 fin septembre.<\/p>\n<p><strong>L&rsquo;\u00e9tat de la vigne est tr\u00e8s h\u00e9t\u00e9rog\u00e8ne, notamment en Pays de Vaud<\/strong>. Le pinot noir a souffert d&rsquo;une v\u00e9raison mitig\u00e9e.
