Ce salon qui draine les professionnels de l\u2019h\u00f4tellerie et de la restauration romande se tourne r\u00e9solument vers la rel\u00e8ve.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ainsi, les apprentis seront au four et au moulin durant tout le salon. Une ar\u00e8ne accueillera la troisi\u00e8me \u00e9dition du <strong>Challenge Beno\u00eet Violier<\/strong>, o\u00f9 neuf \u00e9quipes form\u00e9es d\u2019un coach, d\u2019un apprenti cuisinier CFC, d\u2019un apprenti employ\u00e9 de cuisine AFP ou 1<sup>\u00e8re<\/sup> ann\u00e9e CFC et un apprenti sp\u00e9cialiste en restauration CFC (ou employ\u00e9 enr estauration AFP). Ils devront proposer quatre plats d\u2019un menu automne festif \u00e0 un jury. Ce challenge partagera les cuisines avec les finalistes du <strong>championnat vaudois des boulangers-p\u00e2tissiers-confiseurs<\/strong> (3 finalistes en boulangerie et 3 en confiserie).<\/p>\n<p>Dans un autre espace d\u2019animations, le Show Corner, se d\u00e9rouleront diff\u00e9rentes comp\u00e9titions en d\u00e9monstrations\u00a0: dimanche, le <strong>championnat suisse des \u00e9caillers<\/strong>, lundi la <strong>Coupe romande Swiss Barkeeper<\/strong>, destin\u00e9e au barmen et barmaids, mardi des baristas disputeront la premi\u00e8re <strong>Swiss Latte Art Battle<\/strong>.
