Amorim propose une ligne de bouchons hauts de gamme (NDtech) qui passent un par un par ce robot. Et, il y a une quinzaine d\u2019ann\u00e9es, est apparu un bouchon agglom\u00e9r\u00e9 \u00e0 base de li\u00e8ge d\u2019un nouveau type, le Diam. A l\u2019\u00e9poque, lanc\u00e9 par un bouchonnier fran\u00e7ais dont les affaires ont mal tourn\u00e9, Sabatier, il \u00e9tait annonc\u00e9 comme une r\u00e9volution.<\/p>\n<p>La Suisse vitivinicole n\u2019est pas rest\u00e9e les bras crois\u00e9s dans ce d\u00e9bat. Elle fut une des premi\u00e8res, dans les ann\u00e9es 1970, \u00e0 se convertir \u00e0 la \u00abcapsule \u00e0 vis\u00bb pour ses chasselas, dont il fallait pr\u00e9server \u00e0 la fois de perlant et la fra\u00eecheur par un bouchage le plus herm\u00e9tique possible. Elle fut aussi parmi les premi\u00e8res \u00e0 se laisser convaincre par le Diam\u00a0: <strong>il s\u2019en vend 40 millions de pi\u00e8ces par an en Suisse, assure-t-on \u00e0 la source. Si le bouchon agglom\u00e9r\u00e9 est connu depuis longtemps, notamment dans le bas de gamme, le Diam vise le haut de gamme, \u00e0 prix mesur\u00e9, et l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 en excluant le TCA \u00e0 la base. Le fabricant a d\u00e9pos\u00e9 des brevets pour utiliser la m\u00eame technologie, dite du \u00abCO2 supercritique\u00bb, que pour extraire la caf\u00e9ine du caf\u00e9.<\/p>\n<h3>Vers un mod\u00e8le plus naturel<\/h3>\n<p>Le li\u00e8ge, provenant de la \u00abfleur\u00bb du ch\u00eane majoritairement cultiv\u00e9 pour cet usage au Portugal, est \u00e9miett\u00e9, puis trait\u00e9. Ensuite, il faut reconstituer un bouchon \u2014 qui, de mani\u00e8re classique, est taill\u00e9 d\u2019une seule pi\u00e8ce dans une plaque de li\u00e8ge naturel. Jusqu\u2019ici, Diam utilisait des composants tir\u00e9s de d\u00e9riv\u00e9s du p\u00e9trole pour coller et assembler le granulat. Aujourd\u2019hui, le fabricant, qui appartient \u00e0 la famille propri\u00e9taire des cognacs R\u00e9my Martin et de la tonnellerie Seguin-Moreau, pr\u00e9sente un nouveau proc\u00e9d\u00e9, plus naturel, puisqu\u2019il associe l\u2019huile de ricin et la cire d\u2019abeille pour colmater les br\u00e8ches entre les granul\u00e9s de li\u00e8ge. Chez Diam, on est convaincu que le bouchon \u00e0 base de li\u00e8ge garde les meilleurs arguments. Mais entre 5% \u00e0 10% des bouteilles de vin bouch\u00e9es par du li\u00e8ge pr\u00e9sentent des d\u00e9viations.
