Les inscriptions sont ouvertes jusqu&rsquo;au 26 f\u00e9vrier 2018.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La premi\u00e8re \u00e9dition de la comp\u00e9tition, \u00e0 Lucerne (<em>photo ci-dessous<\/em>), avait couronn\u00e9 <strong>Samuele Calistri<\/strong>, 26 ans. Ce sommelier d&rsquo;origine italienne, form\u00e9 en \u0153nologie \u00e0 l&rsquo;universit\u00e9 de Viterbe, officie actuellement au restaurant Il Lago, \u00e0 l&rsquo;H\u00f4tel des Bergues, \u00e0 Gen\u00e8ve. Il fera partie du petit jury qui d\u00e9signera le vainqueur 2018, aux c\u00f4t\u00e9s de <strong>Paolo Basso<\/strong>, meilleur sommelier du monde 2013 (et trois fois vice-champion d&rsquo;Europe, notamment en 2004 et 2006 quand la comp\u00e9tition se nommait <em>\u00abTroph\u00e9e Ruinart\u00bb<\/em>), et de <strong>Fr\u00e9d\u00e9ric Panaiotis<\/strong>, chef de cave chez Ruinart depuis neuf ans. La maison, fond\u00e9e en 1729, revendique d&rsquo;\u00eatre <em>\u00abla plus ancienne maison de Champagne\u00bb<\/em>. La comp\u00e9tition a lieu dans 15 pays. Les candidats, face au jury, devront d\u00e9guster et commenter quatre vins. Ils devront aussi r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 des questions th\u00e9oriques et sugg\u00e9rer des accords mets et vins.
