Celle-ci, exploit\u00e9e par <strong>Jo\u00ebl Briguet<\/strong>, abrite aussi les cuves et barriques du <strong>Clos Tsamp\u00e9hro<\/strong>. Ce projet de cuv\u00e9es haut de gamme, chaque ann\u00e9e, d\u00e9but novembre, fait d\u00e9guster son dernier mill\u00e9sime mis sur le march\u00e9 aux sommeliers et journalistes.<\/p>\n<p>Une semaine plus t\u00f4t, les m\u00eames auront appr\u00e9ci\u00e9 le nouveau mill\u00e9sime d\u2019Electus, l\u2019assemblage haut de gamme de la coop\u00e9rative <strong>Provins<\/strong>\u2026 Et, le lundi 12 novembre, sommeliers, journalistes et prescripteurs, encore, sont invit\u00e9s \u00e0 f\u00eater <strong>le demi-si\u00e8cle de la Charte Saint-Th\u00e9odule<\/strong>. Quelque 50 des 75 membres de l\u2019Union des vignerons-encaveurs du Valais (environ 25% de la production, soit autant que Provins) sont signataires de ce texte. L\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nement, jalonn\u00e9 d\u2019une d\u00e9gustation attendue de vingt mill\u00e9simes de 1967 \u00e0 2017, aura lieu au <strong>Ch\u00e2teau de Lo\u00e8che<\/strong>, avec une subsistance assur\u00e9e par des membres de la Guilde suisse des restaurateurs-cuisiniers, que pr\u00e9side <strong>Ren\u00e9 Maeder<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Humagnes, syrah et prolongations\u00a0!<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Les trois autres \u00e9v\u00e9nements sont publics (et payants). D\u2019abord, <strong>Humagne en f\u00eate<\/strong>, \u00e0 <strong>Leytron<\/strong>, les vendredi (16 h \u2013 21 h) et samedi (11 h \u2013 19 h) 9 et 10 novembre, \u00e0 la halle polyvalente. Aux douze caves locales s\u2019ajoutent les presque voisins de Chamoson, dont les vignerons-encaveurs sont les \u00abinvit\u00e9s d\u2019honneur\u00bb. Outre la d\u00e9gustation des humagnes, blanche et rouge, locales, des ateliers de d\u00e9gustation, dont un sur les nouveaux c\u00e9pages, propos\u00e9 par <strong>Agroscope Changins<\/strong>. Prix d\u2019entr\u00e9e 20 fr. pour un jour, 30 fr. pour les deux. Programme complet sur <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.wine-leytron.ch\/\">www.wine-leytron.ch<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le week-end suivant, le vendredi (15 h \u2013 20 h) et le samedi (10 h \u2013 19 h) 16 et 17 novembre, large place \u00e0 la <strong>Syrah au fil du Rh\u00f4ne<\/strong>, \u00e0 la Maison de la Famille de V\u00e9rolliez, proche de<strong> Saint-Maurice<\/strong> (VS). 14 encaveurs du Valais central et 4 de Salquenen, dont la \u00abcave de l\u2019ann\u00e9e 2018\u00bb, <strong>Nouveau Salquenen \u2013 Diego Mathier<\/strong>, feront d\u00e9guster leurs vins, avec deux invit\u00e9s vaudois (les <strong>Cruchon<\/strong>d\u2019Echichens, qui produisent une syrah, et les <strong>Celliers du Chablais<\/strong>\u00e0 Aigle, aussi) et genevois (les domaines <strong>Les Hutins<\/strong>et <strong>Dugerdil<\/strong>, de Dardagny) et deux invit\u00e9s fran\u00e7ais (<strong>Eric et Jo\u00ebl Durand,<\/strong>producteurs de syrah sur Saint-Joseph et Cornas, et les vins du <strong>Ch\u00e2teau Bel Ev\u00eaque<\/strong>, d\u2019un certain <strong>Pierre Richard<\/strong>(oui, le grand blond \u00e0 la chaussure noire\u2026). Prix d\u2019entr\u00e9e, 20 fr., avec un verre-souvenir. Les d\u00e9tails de cette 8<sup>\u00e8me<\/sup>\u00e9dition sur <a href=\"http:\/\/www.lasyrah.ch\/\"><strong>www.lasyrah.ch<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Enfin, la <strong>5<sup>\u00e8me<\/sup>Glorieuse <\/strong>\u00e0<strong> Martigny<\/strong>nouera la gerbe, du vendredi 23 au dimanche 25 novembre, dans le cadre du <a href=\"https:\/\/thomasvino.ch\/?p=15329\"><strong>salon Epicuria<\/strong><\/a> (entr\u00e9e combin\u00e9e aux deux manifestations\u00a0: 30 fr.). On y retrouvera pr\u00e8s de quarante (39 exactement\u00a0!) parmi les tout meilleurs producteurs de tout le Valais, mais, curieusement, aucun de Salquenen\u00a0! Le salon promet des d\u00e9gustations passionnantes.
