Si l\u2019\u00e9dition romande du <em>GaultMillau<\/em> 2019 signale le chef, <strong>Laurent Eperon<\/strong>, cr\u00e9dit\u00e9 de trois toques et 18 sur 20, et le chef de service <strong>Aur\u00e9lien Blanc<\/strong>, tous deux francophones, pas un mot sur le jeune sommelier de 27 ans. Ce restaurant vient d&rsquo;obtenir sa 2\u00e8me \u00e9toile Michelin et Aur\u00e9lien Blanc a remport\u00e9 le titre de meilleur sommelier de Suisse.<\/p>\n<p>Quant au nouveau champion, fils de journaliste et qui s&rsquo;exprime fort bien en fran\u00e7ais, il s&rsquo;est dit surpris de remporter le titre, mais sans pression, puisqu&rsquo;il n&rsquo;\u00e9tait pas favori. Il a termin\u00e9 devant la candidate danoise, <strong>Nina Hjgaard Jensen<\/strong>, et le Letton&nbsp;<strong>Raimond Tomsons<\/strong>, meilleur sommelier d\u2019Europe en titre.
