Fait rare, c\u2019est un vin d\u2019un village qui s\u2019est autoproclam\u00e9 \u00abcapitale\u00bb du c\u00e9page qui l\u2019emporte\u00a0: l\u2019humagne rouge 2018 de la Cave Le Bosset, \u00e0 Leytron. Mieux encore, le domaine exploit\u00e9 par <strong>la famille Michellod<\/strong> \u00e9largie est d\u00e9sormais cultiv\u00e9 en bio, et d\u00fbment labellis\u00e9 d\u00e8s cette ann\u00e9e. C\u2019est le r\u00e9sultat d\u2019un long travail, entrepris progressivement depuis vingt ans, quand <strong>Romaine Michellod<\/strong> et son mari <strong>Christian Blaser<\/strong>, tous deux enseignants \u00e0 la haute \u00e9cole vitivinicole de Changins, sont revenus sur leurs terres valaisannes. Ils ont commenc\u00e9 par renoncer aux insecticides et aux herbicides.<\/p>\n<p>La m\u00e9t\u00e9o leur a donn\u00e9 un coup de pouce. L\u2019humagne rouge, c\u00e9page tardif dit le 3<sup>\u00e8me<\/sup> \u00e9poque, b\u00e9n\u00e9ficie du r\u00e9chauffement climatique, commente Romaine, l\u2019\u0153nologue\u00a0: <em>\u00abEn 2018, on l\u2019a vendang\u00e9e le 21 septembre. En 2010 et 2016, c\u2019\u00e9tait le 15 octobre. Mon p\u00e8re attendait qu\u2019elle m\u00fbrisse, parfois jusqu\u2019en novembre\u2026 En 2018, j\u2019ai pu la cueillir avant la syrah\u00a0!\u00bb<\/em> Le r\u00e9sultat est remarquable\u00a0: des notes ligneuses (alors que le vin est \u00e9lev\u00e9 simplement en inox et non en ch\u00eane), des ar\u00f4mes frais et croquants, qui rappellent la cerise rouge, voire la griotte, sur des tanins fins et soyeux.<\/p>\n<p>Et le vieillissement sur 20 ou 30 ans rapproche l\u2019humagne rouge de la d\u00e9licatesse, m\u00e2tin\u00e9e de notes de sous-bois, des meilleurs pinots noirs.<\/p>\n<p><strong>L\u2019\u00e9tiquette\u00a0:<\/strong> Humagne rouge 2018<\/p>\n<p><strong>Le prix\u00a0:<\/strong> 19 fr.<\/p>\n<p><strong>L\u2019adresse<\/strong>\u00a0: <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.lebosset.ch\/\">www.lebosset.ch<\/a><\/strong> et <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/wine-leytron.ch\/les-encaveurs\/\">wine-leytron.ch<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>Paru dans encore!
