D\u00e8s le 1er f\u00e9vrier prochain, Pierre-Igor Cusnir, actuel directeur commercial de La Cave de Gen\u00e8ve SA, en deviendra le propri\u00e9taire et le g\u00e9rant.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Cette cession r\u00e8gle un probl\u00e8me de succession\u00a0: les filles de <strong>Claude Berthaudin<\/strong> n\u2019\u00e9taient pas int\u00e9ress\u00e9e par l\u2019affaire. Le nouveau propri\u00e9taire a b\u00e9n\u00e9fici\u00e9 de l\u2019aide de divers fonds et d\u2019un groupe d\u2019investisseurs romands, selon PME. La maison genevoise d\u2019importation de vins fran\u00e7ais avait \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9e par <strong>Henry Berthaudin<\/strong> en 1936. En 1961, elle s\u2019\u00e9tait diversifi\u00e9e par <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/thomasvino.ch\/?p=9174\">l\u2019acquisition du Clos de Roussillon<\/a><\/strong>, \u00e0 Tartegnin (VD), dont le <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/thomasvino.ch\/?p=15708\">chasselas grand cru est r\u00e9put\u00e9<\/a><\/strong>, et du domaine voisin du Bec d\u2019Or (Mont-sur-Rolle). Cette entit\u00e9 vaudoise produit quelque 150&rsquo;000 bouteilles par an. Berthaudin commercialise aussi des vins genevois, tout en ayant gard\u00e9 l\u2019importation de vins fran\u00e7ais (grands crus de bordeaux, via l\u2019adresse <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bordeauxwine.ch\/\">www.bordeauxwine.ch<\/a>, le Rhodanien <strong>Chapoutier<\/strong>, le Bourguignon <strong>Faiveley<\/strong>, etc.) et d\u2019autres pays.<\/p>\n<p>Pour le repreneur <strong>Pierre-Igor Cusnir<\/strong>, cit\u00e9 par <em>PME<\/em>, <em>\u00abc\u2019est aussi cette mixit\u00e9 qui m\u2019a int\u00e9ress\u00e9.
