Un jury a d\u00e9j\u00e0 pr\u00e9s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9 les cinq meilleurs \u00e9chantillons, qui viennent de tout le canton (la Boucherie Ruffet \u00e0 Leysin, de Vuagnaux \u00e0 Bex, du Tilleul, \u00e0 Prilly et de deux poids lourds de la campagne vaudoise, les D\u00e9lices du Talent (le ruisseau qui coule&#8230;) \u00e0 Echallens, et B\u00fchlmann, \u00e0 Orbe. Des coffrets de d\u00e9gustation avec toutes les instructions pour la soir\u00e9e seront pr\u00e9par\u00e9s par le restaurant du Chalet-des-Enfants, et livr\u00e9s \u00e0 qui voudra <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.smeetz.com\/product\/fr\/la-nuit-du-boutefas\">bien d\u00e9bourser 24 francs (19 fr. pour les membres de Slow Food)<\/a><\/strong>.
