Il y tiendront un restaurant gastronomique et une brasserie, dominant le L\u00e9man.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le couple aura tenu l\u2019ancien restaurant de <strong>G\u00e9rard Rabaey<\/strong> durant dix ans. <strong>St\u00e9phane D\u00e9cotterd<\/strong> y avait obtenu deux \u00e9toiles <em>Michelin<\/em> et 18\/20 au <em>GaultMillau<\/em>. Attach\u00e9 fermement depuis 2018 aux produits locaux, lacustres et alpins, plut\u00f4t que d\u2019importation, marins et de plaine, le chef d&rsquo;origine fribourgeoise, mais qui a grandi sur la Riviera vaudoise, \u00e9tait revenu chez <strong>Rabaey<\/strong> en 2015, avant de prendre sa succession en 2011. Entretemps, il avait d\u00e9croch\u00e9 le titre de <em>\u00abcuisinier d\u2019or\u00bb 2008<\/em> et obtient, en 2020, lors de la premi\u00e8re \u00e9dition, le <em>\u00abM\u00e9rite culinaire suisse\u00bb<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Jusqu\u2019ici, sous l\u2019impulsion du <em>\u00abchief operating officer\u00bb<\/em> de <em>\u00abSommet Education\u00bb<\/em>, <strong>Fabien Fresnel<\/strong>, ancien de l\u2019Ecole h\u00f4teli\u00e8re de Lausanne (EHL), le groupe propri\u00e9taire de la haute \u00e9cole, Glion avait surtout attir\u00e9, depuis cinq ans, des MOF (meilleur ouvrier de France).
