L\u2019\u0153nologue <strong>Gilles Musy<\/strong>, 37 ans, et le vigneron-t\u00e2cheron <strong>Arthur Pidoux<\/strong>, 26 ans, sont aux commandes. Ils sont les nouveaux <em>\u00abpartisseurs\u00bb<\/em> des vignes communales, soit cet instituteur cal\u00e9 en calcul, qui, aux vendanges, tenait les comptes des kilos de raisin livr\u00e9s et&#8230; des litres de vin bus. C\u2019est aussi le nom de deux cuv\u00e9es d\u2019actualit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Form\u00e9s \u00e0 Changins, et dans certains des meilleurs domaines de Suisse, le duo a de grandes ambitions. Le vigneron-t\u00e2cheron envisage de convertir le domaine en bio et fait d\u00e9j\u00e0 des essais ici ou l\u00e0, dans des vignes sans herbicides depuis dix ans. C\u2019est aussi depuis dix ans que les vins sont vinifi\u00e9s sur place, \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 du <strong>Ch\u00e2teau de Montagny<\/strong>, m\u00eame s\u2019ils restent mis en bouteille \u00e0 Payerne, dans la cave-caveau-winebar sous l\u2019\u00e9glise abbatiale, chef-d\u2019\u0153uvre lumineux de l\u2019art roman, qui vient de subit une cure de jouvence spectaculaire.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Des deux vins destin\u00e9s \u00e0 la garde, j\u2019ai pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9 le rouge au blanc. Les deux rel\u00e8vent d\u2019une m\u00eame philosophie\u00a0: des assemblages \u00e9lev\u00e9s un an en f\u00fbts de ch\u00eane de 300 litres et mis sur le march\u00e9 apr\u00e8s un peu plus de deux ans. Premi\u00e8re \u00e9dition, les 2019. <em>Le Partisseur \u00abtout blanc\u00bb<\/em> marie \u00e0 parts \u00e9gales pinot gris, sauvignon et viognier. Un brin technique, ce vin riche et gras montre d\u00e9j\u00e0 un bel \u00e9quilibre entre fruit, puissance et \u00e9levage. Le rouge mise sur du cabernet sauvignon de jeunes vignes, \u00e0 60%, compl\u00e9t\u00e9 par 40% de merlot plant\u00e9 il y a 30 ans. Du cabernet franc, et du malbec en projet, feront \u00e9voluer cet assemblage \u00e0 l\u2019avenir.
