Le jeune trentenaire poss\u00e8de un impressionnant CV. Il a \u00e9tudi\u00e9 \u00e0 Geisenheim, capitale allemande de l\u2019\u0153nologie, d\u00e9croch\u00e9 un DNO (dipl\u00f4me national d\u2019\u0153nologue) \u00e0 Dijon, puis un MBA \u00e0 Bordeaux, travaill\u00e9 chez les meilleurs vignerons de Nouvelle-Z\u00e9lande, d\u2019Allemagne, de Bourgogne et de Champagne \u2014 chez <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/thomasvino.ch\/?p=8978\">\u00abRapha\u00bb Ber\u00eache<\/a><\/strong>, une des voix qui comptent dans sa r\u00e9gion.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Son projet, <strong>Patrick Adank<\/strong> le construit m\u00e9thodiquement. Revenu \u00e0 Fl\u00e4sch il y a quatre ans, il peut compter sur les vignes, cultiv\u00e9es en bio, de son p\u00e8re <strong>Hansruedi<\/strong> (9 hectares et 3 ha de raisins suivis et achet\u00e9s), avec une majorit\u00e9 de pinot noir. Ce brut est un \u00abblanc de noir\u00bb, \u00e0 base exclusive de pinot, cueilli pour donner un vin de base peu alcoolis\u00e9 (11,5%). Le <em>\u00abwork in progress\u00bb<\/em> de <strong>Patrick Adank<\/strong> d\u00e9bute\u00a0: il n\u2019y a que 25% de <em>\u00abvin de r\u00e9serve\u00bb<\/em> dans la cuv\u00e9e \u00e9labor\u00e9e en 2018, actuellement sur le march\u00e9.
