Apr\u00e8s que <strong>Pierrick Suter<\/strong>, du restaurant de la Gare \u00e0 Lucens (VD), pote et pratiquant du m\u00eame genre de cuisine g\u00e9n\u00e9reuse, ait succ\u00e9d\u00e9 au Fribourgeois au titre de <em>\u00abM\u00e9rite culinaire suisse\u00bb<\/em>, la veille, \u00e0 Berne, les m\u00eames, ou presque, sont all\u00e9s apprendre la bonne nouvelle \u00e0 Fribourg.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La Ville a mis le go\u00fbt en vedette, du Festival du film (pas moins de deux douzaines de bobines consacr\u00e9es \u00e0 la gastronomie en projection), \u00e0 la Nuit des Mus\u00e9es, en passant par divers march\u00e9s revigor\u00e9s et des <em>\u00abmeltingpopotes\u00bb<\/em> (sic). Point culminant, les dix jours de la <em>\u00absemaine\u00bb<\/em> suisse, du 14 au 24 septembre. L\u2019an pass\u00e9, 3&rsquo;000 \u00e9v\u00e9nements ont mobilis\u00e9 600&rsquo;000 personnes, a affirm\u00e9 <strong>Josef Zisyadis<\/strong>, contre 146 manifestations, \u00e0 l\u2019origine. D\u2019ici juin, les 14 comit\u00e9s qualit\u00e9 r\u00e9gionaux s\u00e9lectionneront les \u00e9v\u00e9nements retenus pour le programme qui para\u00eet d\u00e9but ao\u00fbt, sous forme d\u2019un magazine.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La capitale fribourgeoise n\u2019est pas la premi\u00e8re ville du canton \u00e0 avoir \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9sign\u00e9e Ville du Go\u00fbt\u00a0: Bulle l\u2019a pr\u00e9c\u00e9d\u00e9e en 2005. <em>\u00abC\u2019est l\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nement gourmand le plus important de Suisse. Mais il n\u2019est pas commercial\u00a0: il sert \u00e0 transmettre les valeurs du go\u00fbt \u00e0 travers les g\u00e9n\u00e9rations. C\u2019est une f\u00eate autour de notre alimentation, qui est le centre de notre vie de tous les jours&#8230;\u00bb<\/em>, a dit le cofondateur de la Semaine. Il est de tous les combats en faveur de la qualit\u00e9\u00a0: Jeunes Restaurateurs d\u2019Europe, puis Grandes Tables de Suisse, qu\u2019il a pr\u00e9sid\u00e9es, et d\u00e9fense de quelques unes des six AOP fribourgeoises\u00a0: Gruy\u00e8re, Vacherin, poire \u00e0 botzi et cuchaule&#8230; <em>\u00abJe suis un terrien et j\u2019aime ma ville, mon canton, ses produits et ses vignerons.\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Arros\u00e9s de vins de deux vignerons r\u00e9put\u00e9s du Vully, <strong>Jean-Daniel Chervet<\/strong> et <strong>Etienne Javet<\/strong>, il a servi un repas m\u00e9morable \u00e0 ses invit\u00e9s du jour, marqu\u00e9 par la g\u00e9n\u00e9rosit\u00e9 naturelle du chef. Amuse-bouche utilisant gruy\u00e8re, vacherin, cuchaule, vin cuit, tartare de lapin de Villars-sur-Gl\u00e2ne, pav\u00e9 de sandre du lac de Morat sur de l\u2019\u00e9peautre de Villargiroud, agneau de Chandossel, en trois fa\u00e7ons, un magnifique rago\u00fbt de la B\u00e9nichon, un tendrissime filet et un tataki \u00a0revigorant \u2014 <em>\u00abil faut bien un peu de moderne\u00a0!\u00bb<\/em>. Puis un dessert m\u00ealant vin cuit, poire \u00e0 botzi et meringue.
