(&#8230;) St\u00e9phane D\u00e9cotterd (<i>au milieu de la photo<\/i>) a repr\u00e9sent\u00e9 la Suisse lors du dernier Bocuse d\u2019Or en 2009 (concours mondial de la cuisine) o\u00f9 il a termin\u00e9 5e. Lui et son \u00e9pouse ont toutes les qualit\u00e9s pour reprendre le restaurant. Leur d\u00e9fi sera d\u2019assurer la continuit\u00e9, d\u2019\u00eatre fid\u00e8le \u00e0 la qualit\u00e9 et aux valeurs qui ont fait la renomm\u00e9e du Pont de Brent, puis d\u2019innover.\u00bb<br \/>\nTout au long de l\u2019ann\u00e9e 2010, un \u00abmenu anniversaire 30 ans\u00bb, variant au fil des saisons, sera propos\u00e9 aux clients par le chef sortant. \u00abIl sera le reflet et la synth\u00e8se de toutes ces ann\u00e9es\u00bb, conclut G\u00e9rard Rabaey., qui ne vend pas son \u00e9tablissement, mais le louera.<br \/>\nUne sorte de tourn\u00e9e d&rsquo;adieu pour celui qui dit ne pas \u00abvouloir couper les ponts\u00bb (!) avec la cuisine.
