L\u2019id\u00e9e a \u00e9t\u00e9 lanc\u00e9e \u00e0 San Francisco en 2004, elle est arriv\u00e9e \u00e0 Bordeaux en 2009. La soci\u00e9t\u00e9 am\u00e9ricaine Crushpad vient de signer un accord avec la <b>famille Cazes<\/b>, propri\u00e9taire de Lynch-Bages, des Ormes de Pez et de toute une structure pointue d\u2019\u0153notourisme \u00e0 Pauillac, tel l\u2019h\u00f4tel Cordeillan-Bages et son restaurant doublement \u00e9toil\u00e9 Michelin.<br \/>\nPas question de manier le s\u00e9cateur dans les vignes, de la taille aux vendanges, mais uniquement d\u00e8s que le raisin est m\u00fbr, et rentr\u00e9 dans les chais. Les amateurs peuvent alors \u00abfaire leur vin\u00bb et le suivre sur toutes les \u00e9tapes. Selon les chiffres cit\u00e9s sur le site am\u00e9ricain (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.crushpadwine.com\/make\"><b>www.crushpadwine.com<\/b><\/a>), pour une barrique donnant 25 caisses de 12 bouteilles de vin, il en co\u00fbte entre 6&rsquo;000 et 10&rsquo;500 dollars, soit entre 20 et 35 dollars la bouteille, qu\u2019on peut habiller selon ses d\u00e9sirs, des \u00e9tiquettes les plus folles. D\u2019autres caves accueillent des microcuv\u00e9es, qui font fureur du c\u00f4t\u00e9 de Napa Valley, et qui s\u2019arrachent sur le net, pour peu que des bloggeurs ou des critiques les encensent\u2026 Pour assurer la qualit\u00e9 des vins, des \u00abwinemakers\u00bb veillent au grain.
