Avec l\u2019arriv\u00e9e de la cuisini\u00e8re b\u00e2loise <b>Tanja Grandits<\/b> (du Bruderholz) et de l\u2019h\u00f4telier \u2014 une premi\u00e8re \u2014 <b>Thomas M\u00e4chler<\/b> (du Beau-Rivage \u00e0 Neuch\u00e2tel), le comit\u00e9 s\u2019est rajeuni. Il compte aussi les deux Fribourgeois <b>Pierrot Ayer<\/b>, depuis dix ans au P\u00e9rolles, \u00e0 Fribourg, et <b>Alain B\u00e4chler<\/b>, depuis quinze ans aux Trois Tours, \u00e0 Bourguillon. Avec le troisi\u00e8me membre fribourgeois, l\u2019\u00e9quipe du Vieux Manoir, \u00e0 Meyrier, les Fribourgeois avaient concoct\u00e9 une assembl\u00e9e, puis une <i>\u00abgarden party\u00bb \u00ab\u00e0 la fribourgeoise\u00bb<\/i>, pour leurs pairs de toute la Suisse.
