Cette artisane locale tient une boutique bien garnie, au village. Elle confectionne des confitures \u00e0 base de marrons. Pure, ou mari\u00e9e \u00e0 du confit d\u2019orange et du rhum, \u00e0 de la poire ou \u00e0 de la noix verte, nouveaut\u00e9 de l\u2019ann\u00e9e&nbsp;! Elle vend aussi de la farine de ch\u00e2taigne (riche en amidon), du miel de ch\u00e2taignier, des p\u00e2tes (penne et spaghettis). En provenance du Tessin, comme les ch\u00e2taignes n\u00e9cessaires aux confitures, mais pas de Fully. Car, rappelle Jean-Baptiste Bruchez, \u00abil est interdit de vendre les ch\u00e2taignes d\u2019ici. Tout un chacun peut en ramasser un sac.
