Le producteur les vend chez lui, \u00e0 Sauverny sur Versoix (GE), au march\u00e9 \u00e0 la ferme (ouvert lundi et mardi, et vendredi et samedi, de 9 h. \u00e0 18 h. 15) et fournit divers marchands.<br \/> L\u2019hiver reste la bonne p\u00e9riode pour appr\u00eater ce support d\u2019un mets fameux, le sal\u00e9 (avec du lard et du saucisson).
