L\u2019ancien Victoria, devenu Caf\u00e9 des Amignes, a ouvert pour Carnaval. Son g\u00e9rant, Christophe Cottagnoud, 40 ans, \u00e9tait sommelier \u00e0 La Sitterie, \u00e0 Sion, ces deux derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es. A V\u00e9troz, il propose divers paninis et des vins exclusivement de V\u00e9troz, dont des grands crus, produits par les onze encaveurs qui proposent chacun cinq vins au maximum. Trois vins blancs et trois vins rouges sont propos\u00e9s au verre et \u00e0 l\u2019once (un demi-d\u00e9cilitre), pour un prix de 3 \u00e0 5 fr., selon un tournus de deux producteurs par mois. Ouvert, sauf lundi et mardi, de 9 h. \u00e0 23 h. (vendredi et samedi, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 minuit) et le dimanche \u00e0 l\u2019heure de la messe (et de l\u2019ap\u00e9ro : 10 \u00e0 12 h.) puis d\u00e8s 18 h. Le d\u00e9cor a \u00e9t\u00e9 imagin\u00e9 par la graphiste Marie-Antoinette Goret, en teintes r\u00e9solument du Sud (ocre) et mobilier \u00ablounge\u00bb.
