Il \u00e9tait au Lausanne-Palace, pour la pr\u00e9sentation des \u00abFleurons du Bordelais\u00bb, le 27 mars, et faisait go\u00fbter Clos Florid\u00e8ne en blanc (tr\u00e8s frais) et en rouge (le 2004, pataud, lourd et massif&#8230;) et un tr\u00e8s beau Ch\u00e2teau Doisy Da\u00ebne 2002, un Sauternes (Barsac) d&#39;une magnifique fra\u00eecheur de fruit et d&#39;une belle complexit\u00e9 aromatique. Son fr\u00e8re a\u00een\u00e9 Fabrice, oenologue, s&#39;occupe d\u00e9j\u00e0 des domaines de ses parents, Denis et Florence (en plus des ch\u00e2teaux cit\u00e9s, Reynon et Cantegril).
